Please if you need assistance with knowing how big of a truck or how many containers you need. We can help you with that. If you are in Miltary or college you get a 5% Discount if it's a 2 - 3hour job. If the job is a 4 hour plus you ll get 10% off. You must show ID to get the discount. Fast, clean & Worth every Penney! they know what there doing even if you don't. Just tell them what you want & it's dune! Way better then (May-something) moving company, if you know what I mean;) I was thinking that I was going to be there all day an night.& it was dune before I new what to do with them.lol I mean,I was like, looking for things for them to do.& they can be there that fast! If you need help quick, like right Now! Anytime they save me $2,500.00. Look you got to be careful who you bring into your life & home. You know,an that's why I tried them out, I only wish I knew about them sooner the workers were real, no act, they where nice & Professional & safety first. if you can, ask for Tim & Iszee however there all Good from Rent a Helping Hand if your reading this I like to wish you & yours, much Happiness,Joy, & Love God has blessed you as he blessed me with this service & he or she is just getting stared :)

Had a horrible experience with 1800 pack rat they stayed 4 hours later than scheduled to help us with our back up plan they were exhausted but never quit on us they were so very kind helpful and knowledgeable

The movers themselves (two men) were excellent. They were lightning fast and wasted no time. They packed the pod efficiently and filled every last inch of space in the pod. They were courteous and friendly as well. The downside was that I was supposed to call when the pod arrived, and they were to come within an hour or so. I called at 11am. They were to be there by 12:30pm. Then they said they would arriveby 2pm. I hadn't heard from them so I called at 2:10 and was told they would be there at 3 or 3:30pm. That was upsetting so I called Jeffrey, the owner, who said he would send another team, but the original team showed up at 5:18pm. They had to load the pod in the dark. It didn't slow them down any, they got it done, but the late start made the day unnecessarily long and arduous for us. I understand from the men themselves that an earlier job that was supposed to be under an hour ran very long, but 6 hours? I will still use them for the unload, because the men were great, but this time we will have to agree on a definite time. Hopefully they will be on time.

After another moving company (Chaz and company) no showed, we were in a bad spot for getting large appliances moved. The team from helping hand was great! Working together we were able to get a 700 lb fridge up a flight of stairs and into the kitchen. There is no way we could have done this without professional help.

Wow! I would certainly recommend this team! First - I made the reservation at 10:30 PM on a wednesday night - 5 minutes later I got a call from Jeffrey, confirming the appointment time and place, equipment and number of guys needed, etc. Friday morning - the guys showed up precisely on time! The guys assessed my "stuff" and got right to work - they brought moving pads and shrink wrap - and wrapped everything! they did a beautiful job - not a bit of damage - and they kept me laughing the whole day! Not an easy task on a moving day 3 days ahead Hurricane Sandy! They placed the furniture in my new spot, assembled beds, did all the right things! I would definitely use them again!
