What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. We look for the customer to ask questions and we also give our expert opinion to help the customer save money if possible. We truly value our customers and want to give them the best experience possible.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will contact the customer the day prior and moving day to confirm the arrival time. Our crew will also reach out to make sure everyone is on the same page. Communication is key to making the move and experience go well. The crew will arrive and be as professional but friendly as possible. Throughout the move the crew will Communicate to make sure everything is moved and done to the customer's satisfaction.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To make sure all boxes are packed properly and taped shut. Or to alert us of any packing that's needed on our part. To make sure if any valuables such as paperwork, jewelry, firearms, personal items(credit cards,etc) have been moved with them or placed in there possession. Let us know about family heirlooms, very heavy or fragile items before we arrive so we can be prepared to move safely. Communication is always key.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handle local moves but we have traveled long distance, East Coast States all the way to Texas as well. We have move small and large offices and also moved sections in the UofM Hospital as well. We can do anything that's needed.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The pride of helping others and also seeing the end result of a days hard work. People put there trust in us to move there items safely, this is someone's prize possessions and we respect that, but to watch customers relax and get comfortable with us brings a sense of pride that's hard to explain.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20yrs experience I go out and train personally with each crew member to see what type of person we have on our crew but we also have taped training sessions from professional Moving modules that we purchase to implement in our company as well.
