Norris and Jason of Grade A Movers were good at their job. They were also very polite and thoughtful. Both men were very, very careful to place our furniture in the Pod in the best way possible, and when there was something that they felt would not be fit for the pod – they made it very clear. When we empty our pod, we will definitely be calling them back. Thank you so much!

They were exactly on time. They knew how to load a container to efficiently utilize available space. They were careful with our stuff. They finished within the allocated time frame. They were all polite and pleasant.

Robert and Ken did an amazing job. Punctual, friendly, considerate of our requests, and problem solving geniuses. They got the job done in two hours and were careful and knowledgeable (couch so large it defied physics—they didn’t even blink—had it on its way first try). Thank you so very much for helping us! Crew arrived outside the slated window but got to work right away. They worked hard and were very respectful of my property. Considering I had a lot of fragile items I greatly appreciated that. Two men did the hauling and one man packed the storage facility to the hilt, Tetris style. They were able to fit all my belongings in a 10x10 storage room. I would use them again.

It was the hottest day of the year, and we were their third move of the day, but the three guys that helped us move in were All-Stars! They had great attitudes and worked hard, non-stop. We had to encourage them to take a water break, they were so intent on getting the job done in a timely fashion. Moving from out of state, this was a great introduction to the Detroit area!

Mr Booker and his team are THE BEST! They communicated about the project, showed up on time, had a great attitude (even though it was a challenging move) and treated our property with care and respect. I highly recommend using this company if the opportunity arises.

Norris & Jason were a great help and finished within 1.5 hours! They were gentle with my stuff and accommodating when it came to dealing with limited space.

It would have been 5 stars, but they were almost an hour late. I was notified, though. They loaded the POD expertly and moved a lot of boxes the two hours they were here. They were good enough to each get a tip.

Very happy with BB’s moving with care. The crew was very quick and efficient while being careful with my stuff. I will use them again for my moving needs.
