Verified my appointment two days prior - had all my info - made me feel confident there wouldn't be any mix-ups and help would arrive on-time.
The two movers called me to let me know they were 10 minutes out; and showed up early and got right to work. They were prompt, courteous, careful and respectful of all our belongings. Our 2 bedroom, 2 floor apartment was cleared out in just over 30 minutes and loaded on the truck; they took a lot of care to make sure everything was packed securely and ratchet-strapped in.
Unloading everything into the new place was executed just as efficiently and they packed more into an elevator than I thought was possible. Everything was moved into the new place in about 2 hours without any damage to the new walls or any furniture.
This was easily some of the best money I've ever spent - I'd highly recommend Minutemen Haulers again without hesitation.

Great Guys! They worked their you-know-what off for 3.5 hrs in the 90 degree heat and to them it was like another day at the office. Polite and helpful. Definitely hire them!

These guys did a great job! After a different company did not show up to help us unload our uhaul on our moving day, Minutemen were contacted and came out later that same day, and worked into the evening to help us out. They were very polite, offered to help with quite a few things, and were very careful when hauling. We really appreciated them coming, and would definately use them again!

The two guys who moved us out of our house and into a PODS container were great. Though they were a little late, they kept us abreast of their timeline. Once they arrived, they worked extremely hard. We were worried that all our things wouldn't fit into the PODS container, so as we went through the house, we let them know which items were a priority. They stayed in contact with us throughout their time keeping us updated as to what was going to fit.
They were very professional, careful, and courteous.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
