The Boyce team was on-time and they definitely knew what they were doing. Not a minute was wasted when they helped me unload my moving trailer into our storage unit, they even provided very helpful input on how to organize our unit so things are a bit more accessible because you never know when we might need something. I would definitely use them again!

So our start was not the best due to them having issues with their guys not showing for the job in the morning. Yet believe me when I say the ower Gary redeemed his company and I would recommend them without reservation to my family and friends. My story goes like this. Gary called me and apologize for the no show. He then continued to call and check on me to make sure I was taken care of. My new help POG arrived and they were 3 kids and one, it was his first day. This was a packing for a long haul move. The young men right off the back started to complain and stated they needed more help and that it was going to take them to 11pm to do the job. They took pictures and sent them to their boss. I called the company and informed them of the situation. They did nothing, yet say they would get the job done. Gary called me again and I told him what was going on. He offered to come out free of charge. He was an hour away. I told him I would figure it out. We got a second truck and I started to pack that one with my stuff from the garage. The young men were damaging my items had no clue how to properly pack a truck nor did they know how to improvise. When my mother and I had to teach and help them take my couch over the bannister. That was it, I took Gary up on his offer. When he had arrived both trucks were packed up in the 3 hrs time when they thought they would be there until 11pm they started at 230pm and took breaks. Gary looked at the two trucks and said these are packed wrong nothing was tied off and there was no walls. He then offered to fix the trucks for me. Gray and Jackson took one 26 foot truck and one 16 foot truck packed to the door and made it all fit into one 26 foot truck with room to spare. They wrapped all my furniture properly. Took all my unused furniture pads and used them they even used some of their own to help me. They saved me over a thousand dollars on the extra one way rental and gave me a piece of mind that all the stuff that was damaged by the other movers would arrive safe as could be now and no future damage would occur. They even helped me attach my car carrier to the truck and got my car secured on there. As a single mother this type of security was priceless for me. This company knows what they are doing and will get the job done. They are professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Sometimes things happen out of our controls, yet this company will make it right! Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!

Gary arrived ahead of his team and started immediately to carefully wrap the furniture. When his team arrived, they worked tirelessly to complete our job. They were respectful of our belongings and knew what they were doing. Gary had called prior to coming and was well prepared for what he had to do. I would highly recommend him and his team and would not hesitate to use him again.
