The 2 helpers showed on time an were very respectful.
That was the extent of the good service.
I asked them to load items to a PODS container, they were very careless with the furniture. I asked them to bubble wrap and shrink wrap the delicate items ( I provided the materials needed) and they did a few but mostly did not. They stack the first container (Knowing that it was going to be stored)with the boxes and furniture and left a lot of big gaps where the furniture and boxes will start shifting and damaging whatever is there. The second container was for a local move, at the time they were loading I try to let them do their job without getting in their way. That was the biggest mistake. After they finished I look at the container and it was packed so badly that I had to hire another crew to unload and reload both containers. Some of the furniture was all scratched and most was either crushed or damaged in some way.
The worse of all is that I actually tipped them really good, my bad for assuming.
If I had a chance to select any help in the future, for sure will not pick this company.

PS I believe they overcharged, I have Pay Pal checking on it.
