How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make moving your moving day smooth, please have everything packed, taped, and labeled before we arrive (unless you booked packing services with us). Clear walkways, set aside a “do not load” area (keys, meds, documents, chargers), and have gate codes/elevator access ready. If possible, disconnect TVs, internet gear, and appliances. A quick walkthrough helps us protect fragile items and start loading right away. For apartments or busy streets, reserving the closest parking spot it always help a lot.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is that moment near the end of the move when the stress finally drops off the client’s face. They started the day overwhelmed, and a few hours later the house is empty, the truck is packed right, and they’re like “okay… we’re good.” I love walking them through the last check of their house, seeing their new place come together, and knowing we didn’t just move boxes, we also gave them a fantastic and magical start to a new chapter.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members go through paid onboarding focused on safe lifting, home/floor protection, wrapping & packing techniques, efficient loading strategy, furniture disassembly/assembly basics, and customer service standards.
