If you are in Miltary or college you get a 5% Discount if it's a 2 - 3hour job. If the job is a 4 hour plus you ll get 10% off. You must show ID to get the discount. I was skeptical about this entire process... I cant beieve how well this whole process worked! Nice use of the on-line systems and text messaging for scheduling. This made it expectionally easy for me to coordinte the move without tons of phone calls... I placed the order the day before - the helpers arrived on time, prepared with equipment, and busted some serious butt for the entire time until the job was done. Great job - Im coming again since we have another move planned.

Things got mixed up at first..... the guys went to my house instead of the storage unit, so I was 35 min. behind schedule. They were pleasant and professional. There was just one little mishap at the house, which will need to be spackled.

The 2 guys were great up until the end. Around my 1 1/2 hour mark they told me they didn't think they we're going to finish in the two hour block. They claimed I needed to pay cash for the 3rd hour. I had to leave to go the ATM. When I return they were pretty much done. It was about 10 minutes over. I spent more time with the texting back and forth trying to close out the transaction. The company already charged me for a 3rd hour. So they lost out on a tip and any further recommendations.

Tom and Andrew were really nice guys, worked super hard, were very professional, and trustworthy. They were a little late the first day but called so that's ok. They were an hour late the 2nd day and I had to call them to find out where they were so that is the only knock on them.

These guys were great. Showed up on time, were courteous, knew what they were doing and worked well together. They loaded my 16 foot truck like experts, they used ties and the load didn't shift one bit even after driving 2,000 miles. The people who unloaded the truck at my final destination were extremely impressed with how well the truck was loaded. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services in their area.

I wouldn't use this company again. They changed the arrival time several times - though they stayed in good touch about that, so it wasn't so bad. But then when they arrived, the crew consisted of 4 guys who didn't seem to even know each other's names. One of them immediately *****ed about everything - the heat, the lack of parking (for their vehicle, which they weren't even moving anything in or out of!), the steps up to my apartment - and didn't move his sorry ass off the curb the whole time. The other guys had more hustle and a much better attitude, but no coordination. So they moved in all the one-person stuff (the little boxes) in first, then there was no place to put the furniture when they finally HAD to start cooperating. They also caused some damage to my furniture by literally dragging it up the steps. (again - couldn't ask the other guy for help, oh no!)
