The crew from Bennett's Moving Service arrived at the scheduled time. They were careful with the boxes and delivered them to the right rooms. Great Service!

Disappointing. Horrible damage to furniture and property. The movers were in a rush. Put a hole in the wall of the new home. Broke my husbands desk. Dropped and damaged our dining room table. Dropped my daughters vanity and smashed the corner in. One guy carried this himself and he should not have, this table is HEAVY! Scraped the paint off the freshly painted wall. Put the front door back on before all of the furniture was inside causing damage to our front door. Bashed and dented the spindle on my banister. Most furniture was dropped where ever in the room. Happy to share pictures of the damage. Not at all what I was expecting based on the other reviews. The amount of damage is crazy, costly and ruined in some instances. Do not recommend!

The guys showed up on time and kept going at the same pace even when it started to pour rain and they were soaked. The wrapped furniture pieces in plastic and secured them well in our rental trailer along with boxes. Everything was where they placed it when we reached our destination three hours away. Using this service is a great way to move college kids out of apartments.

The movers, Kenny and Jacob C. were right on time for our very stressful move from Chicago to Asheville. They were very nice and worked very hard. I had two pieces of heavy furniture that I was worried about, but they carried them very carefully. My only problem< I paid for three hours for two movers and they only were at my house for less than two hours. I called and left a message to get a refund, but I have not heard from them in two days. Little worried!!

These guys are amazing! They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to unload all of our items. They were very respectful of our property - taking extra care to make sure nothing was damaged. And they were very courteous to our family the entire time they were here. I'd definitely recommend them!

Dylan and Caleb arrived early on in their reporting "time window hour" and had the necessary equipment and knowledge that one would expect from professional movers. They worked hard and were simply great! They took the time to carefully protect our items with moving blankets and to maximize use of the limited space in our 15-foot rental truck so as to get all our larger items moved, which is just what we needed them to do. I could not have asked for better helpers, and I highly recommend Bennett's Moving Service!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.

Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
