Movers moved extremely slow. My wife overheard them talking about milking the job for another hour's worth of labor. I then had to help them unload the POD so that they would finish in time. I feel that I moved more boxes than both of them combined by myself in the same amount of time. Would not recommend.

The guys were great. They worked like crazy moving junk out of the attic and up from the basement and into our dumpster. They also packed our pod. I used them three times over 1 week. They were polite, hard working and friendly. A big recommendation from me!!!

The two young men that came to load my POD were not professional loaders. They were on the phone the whole time. And after a hour & half, they were visiting with someone in the street. I had to call them back inside to get more thing to load. Then they was rushing me. And then one was asking me if I got the text message. So I checked my phone for the message. No message so Voughn told me to call a number, where he checked the two out on my phone for payment. I didn't realize only a hour and half had passed. Not 2 hours. They left me to finish loading. The thing is I tiped them thinking time was up. They need to leave the phones in the car. And no visiting in the steet with there friends while on the clock. And running out on the job. That is not a professional way to do a Job.

Gordon and the two gentlemen helping hime (can't remember their names) were amazingly helpful and kind and considerate. They did absolutely no damage to my walls as they carried furniture upstairs. They finished their work quickly, then asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.

you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
