The day of my move the team I hired NEVER SHOWED. 7pm rolled around and I was left without help. I called Hire a helper and told them i needed some tonight, I had no other options.
Next thing I know I&O moving is calling me and ready to go at 7pm at my door. They saved my Move and got it done fast. I can not thank them enough for what they did for me with such late notice in a weekend after they spent all day moving others.
I will recommend I&O to anyone anytime. They might not me the cheapest but they are worth every single penny I spent. Professional, fast and great people. They care about your stuff treat them well.

The arrival of my helpers (Gordon Smith and 2 others) had to be coordinated with corresponding arrival of a moving POD at my storage facility. Gordon stayed in close contact, the team then arrived very shortly after the POD arrived. They surveyed the contents of 2 separate storage units, fully explained their plan to load the POD, then got right to work. 2 hrs later loading was efficiently completed with careful consideration of several fragile items throughout. I'm very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I & O was excellent. I contacted them on very short notice (less than 24 hours). The online process to schedule was easy. Two great staff unloaded a 15’ U-Haul truck within two hours. The 2 gentleman that came today to pack our POD were very polite. They were very professional and went way above and beyond making sure all of my items were able to fit even though I know it was a challenge. We got a smaller POD because were were originally not taking any furniture. They were able to skillfully pack everything including the couch and king sized sleigh bed frame. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
