I&O movers were excellent. There was a huge rain/ hail storm that resulted in the cancelation of our appointment as conditions were not safe. They kept the line of communication open and accommodated us the next day. They had to bring everything up 2 external flights of stairs in very hot and humid conditions and still did it under our time limit!

AWESOME MOVING CREW! Great group of guys who get the job done! I hired I and O to pack up my old house and move us to our new house which was a seamless process. Two 26ft trucks filled up to the doors! They showed up prepared and worked hard the entire day in the HEAT! Very respectful and if for some reason we decide to move again, I would definitely hire them again! What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
