What a great moving experience!!!!! Sounds like an oxymoron right?? It was because of the two gentlemen that help with the move. It actually start with the dispatcher's call giving us all the detail and assuring us that he would be available for any questions or concerns. We went from home to a pod that was already semi full. They helped us get the rest of our furniture in and help rearrange things so they fit better.

One of our helpers Shane was very helpful. The other helper Josh was not. Shane did an excellent job packing the front of the truck, but because our job ran longer the packing became very inefficient st 50% full. We paid an additional 2.5 hours but ended up having to unpack half the truck and repack it to be able to fit all of our things. The packing was very inefficient and delayed our move a full day.

I used I & O Moving to move into an apartment at the end of August and can't say enough good things about them. They contacted me when they were supposed to, kept me up to date as the move date got closer, arrived 15 minutes early, and got the job done in the allotted time. I was worried I might have too much stuff to get it all done within 2 hours but they finished with time to spare. I'm on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevators, so it wasn't a piece of cake. They were friendly but professional and handled my stuff with care. They even offered to assemble the bed frame since they finished early. It was worth the money and I would use them again.

Our two helpers were exactly what we hoped for: punctual, positive, and super efficient. I always get anxious on moving day, but they made it really easy on us. I'd hire them again for their hard work, but would recommend them for their great attitudes.

complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
