Don't bother with this mover. The owner is very rude and irresponsible. We had a terrible experience on the day of our move. We scheduled unloading from our rental truck from 2-3pm on a Saturday on his own because he had movers available to start earlier because were going to go to class at the time we schedule our unloading for. He changed the plan and asked us to move our start time up to 1pm. Only 1 mover showed up when we booked for 2. When we asked the mover, he had no idea if another person was going to show up to do the job. My wife and I both called the owner and he did not pick up the phone. We were left stranded with a truck full and only 1 hired help. Me and my friend had to help get the truck unloaded. Midway thru the unloading the 2nd mover showed up 1.5 hours later. The owner's only response was that he didn't pick up the phone because he was busy doing another move job in Houston. He also hung up on my rudely when we asked for a refund. He charged us for the full 3 hours for 2 movers when they didn't even do the full job. This company is a joke and does not have professional movers. Stay away from this company and go with other more reliable movers.
Truck driver( not client) called and said he was available to start earlier. One helper arrived on site shortly after truck driver got off the truck and volunteer to help to get the job done faster client decided to help on their own. No one asked the client to help at all. Client also received a refund clearly says in the service agreement that we do not refund additional hours! Client job was completed within the window requested. Crew offered to assemble furniture and client refused. Client still received a discount although they were not entitled to one

Although they were late they did contact me and tell me they were on the way and made every effort to get me back on schedule. Very professional packing truck made it extremely possible to fit all of my items .

The movers were there about 1020am...(the time was between 10 and 11) but, they had no transportation. So, they were very willing to help, but, that was a challenge when we had to unload at the next location. They were quite late to our next location. Nevertheless, they worked very hard to help us get large items moved when they did arrive.
I think that if they had shirts/uniforms they would present more professionally.
We were grateful for the help.

They called to see if the time was set or if they could come earlier and came and unloaded my pod in two hours. They were respectful to my things and even tried to repair a chest whose leg broke in transit. They were patient and easy to work with . 100% recommend

Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
