Competent, friendly, good at loading and unloading a truck quickly. If you want everything wrapped in plastic and treated with kid gloves you will, of course, have to pay more.

Great job! Good guys, they got the job done quickly. Needed to unload a 26' moving truck into a 10x20 storage unit, these guys got it done and made it fit. I would highly recommend using Ken, and will probably use him again.

They actually resolved several potential moving problems in advance and I'd be very happy to hire them again in the future.

After a late start I only have praise for Ken's Helping Hand. Ken called about 10 minuets before his scheduled start time to explain the reason why he was going to be about a half hour late. They were fast, courteous and professional well worth the price paid.
