The 4 guys who came did a great job. On time friendly and very resourceful in packing our Pods like a jigsaw puzzle to fit everything in. I thought the company itself could have done a better job. We got no guidance at all as far as what we needed in the way of supplies i.e. number of blankets we needed and what not. Also I felt their price per hour after the first 3 hours was exorbitant at $190 an hour.

Eric and Mundo did the terrific jobs. They are strong and fast and know what they’re doing. They made my furnitures and boxes, etc fitted into the PODS container that we wouldn’t think that all will be fitted in. They made every penny worth it.

Not super happy with the owner of the company - there is a 2-hour minimum order and I was assuming that it would take a little longer than 2 hours to load my shipping container because I had 3 bedrooms worth of stuff so I went ahead and purchased 3 hours of labor. The guys showed up and loaded the container within 1.5 hours - I was thinking "this is awesome, they got the job done sooner and I'd save myself some money."
well, low and behold, the owner has super poor customer service skills and a crap attitude. I called Hire A Helper to help inquire about a refund for the overpaid amount, and the owner refused to offer me a refund for the extra hour that I overpaid for (~$107) and basically told me tough ****. It's nearly impossible for a consumer to estimate the amount of time it will take to load a shipping container so my advice for future buyers, pay for the bare minimum even if you think the job will take longer because this company will steal your money OR completely stay away from this company.
