Starting with Joe, who scheduled the job, Heavy Foot Movers were responsive and paid attention to my concerns. At the last minute I asked if they could come a little later to accommodate our last minute packing and Joe pushed our start time back. Kyle and Steve were very professional and efficient movers. They worked hard and efficiently the entire time they were on our job. Despite us having some very large, unwieldy and heavy furniture there was not a single scratch or mark on the walls when they were done. They were packing a POD that will remain in storage for some time, so I can't say how well our goods were protected, but they appeared to be packed effectively, especially at the outset. Toward the end Kyle and Steve were rushing a bit because they had to go to another job and as a consequence after they left we had to repack some of the latter items in the POD. But overall I was pleased with their work.

Arrived on time. Professionally assessed work to be done. Worked steady the whole time. Set up a work line to be efficient. Effectively loaded the PODS to maximize space and used full capacity. I would use them again if it was this crew.
Only downside is that they were so efficient and didn't take a long lunch that they finished before my contracted hours were up. Owner wanted to get paid for contracted hours (which is understandable) but wasn't going to pay the crew for the full contracted hours (which is totally bogus and potentially illegal). Owner tried to use an implausible excuse but I was able to get workers paid for balance of time creatively.
