Joe was great at communicating their arrival time, how to best prepare and what I should expect. They were very careful with my belongings when loading and stacking in the truck, properly wrapping and protecting anything valuable. They were very organized and considerate of me being able to access my belongings in the future while unloading into my storage unit. They were patient with my requests and the extra time I needed them. I would highly recommend Joe and his team.

Horrible, unprofessional, nonresponive. The job of unpacking 2 16 foot PODS went well...so I thought. Once the move was complete, a few days later, I started unstacking the giant wall of boxes the owner and his helper built in my living room. This method would have been fine, except they stacked heavy boxes on top of other boxes marked "FRAGILE DO NOT STACK ON TOP OF". CARELESS! Worse than this, they stacked everything from the POD on top and/or in front of things that were already in the living room prior, including a Tiffany lamp shade given to me by my deceased mother.
When I texted the owner explaining this to him, I received no response. I think 21 hours is more than ample time to respond, or at least acknowledge, a complaint if you're a reputable business owner.
Based on previous poor reviews this business has received and the lack of accountability, I don't even want to talk to this business owner again.

Heavy Foot Movers were excellent. They arrived on time, we’re ready to work and worked hard. The container was late arriving for them to load it. They packed things and took them to lobby while we waited for the container to arrive. They did not waste anytime. They friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Heavy Foot Movers! I used them to help load the contents of a one bedroom apartment for an out of state move. Excellent communication from the company. My movers, Joe and Ron, did an excellent job! They worked hard, were very pleasant, and were professional. The truck was packed so well, I drove 8 hours and not one item ever shifted. I would definitely hire Heavy Foot again.

Joe, Joe and Julian were excellent. Great communication prior to arriving and great care taken with my belongings. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I had some heavy and interesting sized furniture that they handled carefully with complete respect for my house making sure not to leave any marks on walls or floors. They did all this in 100-degree weather without complaint and managed to smile throughout. I would highly recommend this team. In fact, I am going to book them up to unload my next contained shipment at the end of the month.
