What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Following booking a date and time A1A Moving will provide the customer with a formal estimate via email and/or text message. The client will also recieve a booking confirmation following signing the estimate provided to them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Labor/Load/Unload Only - Moving crew will arrive on time as agreed upon. The moving team will preform a 3 to 5 minute walk thru to determine larger items and ask any questions regarding the furniture. This is a great time to ask any questions. The crew leader will confirm that the estimated amount provided to the client was accurate or if he anticipates the load/unload to be more or less time. Full service move (load, transport & unloading) - A1A Moving will provide you with a 24 to 26 foot box truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Gather all personal items (i.e., medicine, wallets, money) and place in safe place in personal car. All electronic devices (laptops, ipads, phones) should be transported in a personal car. Remove all liquid items from moving items. Donation or transporting in a personal car is a great option. Unplug any devices you can and tidy up the cords. Remove contents from refrigerator and freezers and place in a cooler.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about owning a moving company is helping the community relocate with ease and education. A1A provides clients with education so they can make the best choice and select the perfect fit for their move. Clients are already under enough stress when it comes to moving so we try and alleviate that stress by providing accomodations before during and after booking our services.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are trained by our owner Frank Weaver. Each crew member is assigned to a crew leader and supervised.
