They did a good job, except they could've used the dolly more and load it with boxes, instead of carrying one box at a time. They did however call me the minute they saw my buffet legs were breaking off and took pictures and a video. They waited for me to get to the POD in order for me to take pictures too.

They were very nice and courteous. As it turns out, one of the guys knew me from a long time ago.

Unfortunately, due to the buffet situation and not taking more than one box, it took them a lot longer and I was charged a lot more than I had expected.

Mover's response:
Actually we used our dollies to the max the entire move. There was a point in the route between your house and the pod where we could not go beyond due to stairs and we carried items from there. We prioritize the safety of your items and if you saw us carrying a single box it is because we could not safely carry more in that instance.

Sitter's Movers did a fantastic job for a load from apartment complex and unload into a Relocube on site at ABF. Very grateful for their loading expertise into the container as I had a very dense load of 80+ boxes full of books, media and audio/computer equipment that was being transported across the border 3000+ miles away. They meticulously made sure there was no shifting and minimized the risk of breakage of lower boxes.

Very happy to say everything arrived intact. Impressed by the preparation guidance before the move, the great communication during the move and completing the entire move including transport on site within the specified time.

Anthony Sitter and his helper Nick were on time and good about notifying me when they were on their way. They were very careful with my antiques, handling them gently and wrapping them in blankets and stretch wrap. They worked steadily and efficiently and finished within the allotted time
frame. I would definitely recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We will email you our Recommendations PDF within 24 hours after booking your move. These recommendations are the best ideas we've learned along the way to set our customers up for success!

What types of moves have you handled?

We have a tremendous range of experience. The types of jobs we have done include: local, cross-country, international, office moves, junk removal, medical equipment, and other commercial work. We even changed out all of the furnishings for an entire student-housing facility (well over 100 units). The clients we have served include: military, families, elderly, students, businesses, billionaires, professional athletes, celebrities, and even the homeless...hey, they have stuff too and we love to serve!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, and seeing new parts of town are really cool too :)

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.
