Upon booking with us, we will send a confirmation email for you to verify information, rates and details we have discussed. In addition, we will be in contact days before your scheduled date to confirm once again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our team works as a well oiled machine. You can expect a detailed walkthrough with our crew chief to verify your inventory. Lastly, you can expect our guys to work hard, efficient and safely!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

For full service moves - have boxes packed and ready to go. Valuables and small items of sentiment kept on your person or in designated spots. Other than that - sit back, relax and enjoy a stress free move!

What types of moves have you handled?

Even in our companies youth we have moved clients to various states - our furthest being Oregon. We prioritize local moves however long distance and office moves are well within our experience level. We've moved CNN Reporters and even offices for The Embassy of Quatar!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

My (Tyler) favorite part of being a mover is being able to please clients during a stressful time. We understand that moving isn't always under the best circumstances. However, if we can make our clients lives a little less stressful - then we've done a great job!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We recently have created and implemented a training simulation where we have our newer movers go through a "mock move." Us as owners act as clients and trainers for our trainees giving them the best feedback in order to succeed in this industry and as a Rice Bro!!
