Scheduled 3 pods to be unloaded by 3 workers for 4 hours. They all showed up with the owner on time. The workers were nice and friendly and introduced themselves. The owner was negative from the beginning. 2 of the PODS doors were stuck and the owner wouldn't let his workers help open them. My wife and I worked for an hour and got one unstuck and called PODS to come out to open the 3rd. After 2.5 hours, 2 of the PODS were unloaded and PODS was on their way to open the 3rd. The owner said he wasn't staying around and loaded up his workers and left. 15 minutes later PODS came and opened up the door to the 3rd POD. We called the owner back and he wouldn't answer our call. Left a message and he never called back. The next day they tried to charge us for 4 hours. We protested and owner reduced to 3 hours. Protested again and PODS reduced it themselves to 2.5 hours, the amount the crew was here and worked. Have used HIRE a Helper 5 times in the past. Never had a problem before. Find another group from HIRE a HELPER to do your moving. This owner isn't not reliable or customer friendly.

These guys did a great job, so much so I tipped them generously. They had to hustle my stuff from a Pod on the curb, into a pickup, up an elevator, down a long hall and into my apt. The lead guy was very experienced and organized. Thumbs up.

Hiring unloading help from LeDoux Moving Solutions is seriously one of the best things we have ever done! We needed help unloading the contents of a POD into our new house.The guys were early, worked quickly and efficiently, were courteous and very respectful of our things. I'm getting ready to book them for next week when our second POD comes!!

LeDoux Moving Solutions did a great job loading my POD. They called a couple days ahead to reschedule for a later time on my moving day but they were there as planned and on time. They got right to work and didn’t take a break. I scheduled two men for three hours and three showed up to do the job. They got it all done in just under three hours. They were very fast and efficient. They provided moving blankets and shrink wrap at a reasonable cost to me. They were very careful and took the time to wrap my furniture pieces. They were also very courteous and polite, asking questions and giving me information as needed. I was amazed that they got everything in the POD!
