We’ll share packing tips or schedule packing services if needed. The day before, we’ll check in to confirm arrival time and answer questions. On moving day, our crew arrives promptly, protects your home, and carefully handles your belongings.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, our crew arrives promptly and does a quick walkthrough of your home. We protect floors, doorways, and furniture before anything is moved. Your belongings are loaded carefully, with extra attention to fragile or high-value items. The truck is packed securely to keep everything safe during transit. At your new home, we place items where you want them and reassemble furniture as needed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, have all boxes packed, sealed, and clearly labeled. Keep hallways and doorways clear so the crew can move safely. Set aside a small bag with essentials you’ll need right away. Carry valuables like jewelry and important documents with you. Be ready to guide the movers and point out fragile items.
