They arrived on time, brought the appropriate equipment to move a large spinet piano, including a padding to protect the door when taking the piano out of the house; secured it with tie downs and furniture pads that I provided. The job took about 30 minutes. They also removed the trailer we had to tow a car so that they could park the truck to load it. All of this was done during cold and sleeting weather. The workmen worked hard and treated my property with care. If I need movers in Crawfordsville I would use them again.

Movers showed up on time and even though there was some miscommunication on the length of time they were supposed to be there they made it right! They packed our 3 story house into a 26 ft truck and when we got to our destination some 2000 miles away not a single thing was damaged or broken. They did a great job and worked very hard. They were professional and polite. I would definately use them again.

We're from out of town and needed some quick help on a Sunday to load furniture on a rental truck. Moving That Worx was one of the few companies that could work on a Sunday, responded quickly, arrived on time. They were very professional, worked quickly but carefully, and got the job done in 1 hour. I've been helping move friends and family for over 30 years, and picked up some new tips for how to do it well (this includes hiring this company!)

I have contacted the owner of this company multiple times with no resolution.
I hired them to pack my 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment into a moving truck. To figure out when they were actually going to show up should of been the first sign. I had scheduled them for a certain time and they wanted to switch it because they had 4 other jobs scheduled that day. I told them it wasn't possible because I wouldn't have the truck yet. The continued to try to move it earlier, and I actually moved up my entire plan a bit for them. Then they pushed it back again ...
The 2 guys that showed up were very nice and very fast. I had a lot of moving blankets additional blankets to use for packing. they filled the truck with everything we had available for them quite quickly. They were very nice. I offered them water and soda, they kindly declined.
The main problem was when we arrived at our destination and unpacked the truck. A large number of things were damaged, including:
- Corner of dresser broken off
- side table corner dented (which I had expressed concern to take extra care since these were custom made, one was just sitting on it;s own on the top of a large stack on it's own, until i pointed it out and they moved it and it would have surely fallen during the drive)
- second dresser was scuffed up with black marks and missing paint
- Couch had an orange spot on it. No clue how they managed that. I guarantee it wasn't there before
- Entire bezel of my flat screen tv is scratch and scuffed (they assured me the safest place was between our mattresses, even though I had all of the original packaging for the tv. NOTHING was wrapped around the tv, so the plastic from the mattresses rubbed on the bezel for a 4 hour drive)
- crib that was basically brand new had black scuff marks all over it and missing paint.
Surpassingly (or not so much) all of items we transported in our 4 vehicles had NO problems, including another flat screen tv. I have an extensive art collection and I am so thankful I packed and transported them myself.
As I unloaded the truck I took pictures of all of these items. I called Tom, and left a message. And another. I finally got a hold of him at one point. He said to email him the photos. So I did. No response. I called, no response. I emailed them again. No response. Called, no response. See a pattern here? At one point I got a hold of him personally, he said to call back and leave a voicemail with the details since he was on the road. I did. Never heard from him again.
Again at this point I realized he just isn't going to discuss this problem and decided to write this review and file a complaint with the BBB.
I can NOT recommend Moving that Worx at all because of this. It is unacceptable. I paid them money, and they ruined the price of more furniture then that cost.
