Movers were excellent! Didn't like the overbooking of jobs that lead to my job starting an hour later than I paid for, had to reschedule my tv mounting to another day because of it, so not happy about that, but the movers were top notch and very efficient, would definitely recommend them.

The gentlemen who came to move me were very sweet. However, they were slower than a snail in molasses, reeked of weed, were over 2.5hrs late, poorly packed my items and were so trash that I ended up having to supervise. So many of my items were left out of my POD. I only needed them to move my furniture, they were unable to take furniture apart to move it and squished my mattresses in. They literally should have placed them in the back as we repeatedly asked that they leave it so we could add additional items if needed. They wouldn’t be hired by me again. I moved out of state and this caused me to have to return back to pick things up in my car and take a lot of furniture to the goodwill. They were nothing like the movers I got when I moved to the state.

I had left several furniture pads down by the truck to be used, but upon unpacking the truck later, I realized only a couple were used. Expensive pieces of furniture were placed in the truck unprotected with the pads and not well secured, resulting in significant damage.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
