The crew arrived early and had no equipment as I had requested in my order. Though very nice, my Pod was not packed to capacity. I had to eventually rent a storage unit which I should not have had to do and I’m afraid some things will be broken when delivered.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The Po's moving team will be onsite at the agreed upon arrival time window, we will confirm the move and the team's arrival at the site to you directly. Once a job begins our pro movers work quickly to ensure that you are getting the most best service possible. We pack your valuables into our truck and transport safely to the new destination. Once arrived we will unload to your specifications. After we will ensure the client is satisfied with all aspects of the job before departing.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A well prepared moving client has a list of all heavy objects, fragile items, and boxes are being transported during the move. Having your belongings already separated and ready to move will speed up this process tremendously so we recommend doing so before our teams arrival. Packing services are available as well, so if you prefer we handle it just let us know and we will take care of that for you.
