The first thing I noticed is that Relopro was very communicative. They called ahead to review the specifics of the items being moved so they would be prepared for the move. They called on moving day to let us know that they were able to arrive early if we wanted them to. We were ready for them, so they started early. They completed the job in two hours. Since we booked them for three hours and they didn't offer refunds, we asked them to help with some of the less heavy things and they did. They had a very good attitude and worked hard to help us accomplish our move of heavy items from one house to the next. This is the second time we have used HireAHelper for a move. We have had great luck both times. I wouldn't be afraid to use Relopro again or the HireAHelper service to find moving labor help in the future. Thank you for a successful move!!!

These guys were great...they traveled about 30 miles to help us out. Three of them for two hours but it bled to three, which was fine because I had anticipated that. They took one break, which they asked for, and were very friendly and worked very hard despite the hot weather. They were great with advice about what tools to use, how to package...their owner (I think), Jason, called a few days ahead of time in order to give me some tips in order to save time, so there was no effort to try to milk the clock at all. I would use them again.

The crew arrived a few minutes ahead of time, but there was no communication from the company in the days leading up to the move--so I was pretty delighted that they showed up at all. The crew was prepared for the work and worked pretty hard initially with loading the cargo container. As things got closer to the end of the load, things started to get sloppy. I understand that they likely got tired and additionally that the items saved for the last are odd sized items and more difficult to pack, but it sure felt like they rushed to get done it done. The crew also complained several times about the low pay that they receive for 2 person 2 hour container loads. While this shouldn't be of a concern for me with what I paid for the service--more than 5 times what these two guys claimed to be getting paid, this is more than a little troubling. I understand that everyone wants to make money, but slavery was abolished in this country many moons ago--ReloPro should be ashamed

Moe and George were on time and very efficient. They were calm and attentive to our requests and maximize the use of the POD. Loaded the container and wrapped furniture in no time. Would recommend them highly.
