The movers did a very good job. They were careful with our furniture and did a good job of packing things on the truck so that it didn't shift around during the drive.

We originally had our move planned for a Wednesday, but due to unforeseen changes in our plans, we needed to move our date up one day sooner. The problem was that we found out this information on Monday evening...just 2 days before the originally scheduled move date. I called Jason with ReloPro and he quickly began to help us get things changed over. I received a call the next day from Jason on our drive to Missouri to let us know that he would have helpers available by 3pm...the time we were hoping he would be ready! We arrived at our new apartment just before 3pm and the helpers arrived a few minutes after we did! Jose and his crew were amazing. They unloaded a 16' truck, moved it all into a 2nd floor loft using a freight elevator and did it all in 2 hrs. They provided 3 helpers since they had them available and only charged us for the 2 we had ordered! Jason, Jose and the other guys from ReloPro truly made this move a very positive experience because of their professionalism and ability to change their plans on the fly. We will definitely recommend them to anyone else in the area that needs movers!

The overall experience was wonderful. The helpers were professional, worked quickly, and were careful with the fragile and bulky items. Jason was careful about loading the truck correctly, and making sure that everything was safely loaded and tied down. I would recommend JW Alliance to anyone looking for moving labor help.

Jason (the owner) did an excellent job! He worked non-stop all day during the second hottest day of the year in St. Louis! It was 95F and we had to practically force him to take breaks! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him next time I move.

I would not recommend ReloPro to other people because over the phone they told me it would me 2 hours to load my items and it took 5 hours. They said I had more items then they expected and they wanted me to get a new truck but I did not have the money to afford another truck so I asked them to get what they could but I needed to definitely fit my bedroom furniture for me and my kids. Instead of putting all of my furniture on the truck first they put my masterbedroom and all of my boxes before putting my children furniture on the truck and then complained the whole time that they don't think it will fit. Thankfully my furniture did fit but when I arrived to my new location for unloading several pieces of my furniture were chipped and scraped because they did not wrap any over it up and when I asked them to do it they suggested I put a blanket over it.

My helpers were wonderful! They showed up right on time and unloaded our (very heavy) furniture and boxes from the PACKED FULL 16' truck to our third story apartment in 2 hours! They were very careful with our things and no scratches or dents were left in the furniture or on the walls. I was very impressed.
