I very much appreciate these folks who came to help me load my truck. They were professional and pleasant and we worked well together. I would recommend Relopro to anyone who needed their services. The company was responsive and communicated regularly. They arrived on time and were willing to stay until the job was done. Big thumbs up!

The movers were flexible and able to show up at an earlier time, which was nice. The initial loading of my pod took movers under an hour, but the unloading took much longer. The final leg of my move was pretty stressful unfortunately. I had a couch to move upstairs which became quite an ordeal. Initially they wanted a screwdriver to try and remove the banister. Then as they got the couch up the stairs they realized they should take the feet off the couch. One of the feet was hard to get off, and instead of bringing the couch back down and removing it, they trudged on. Try as they might, the struggled for quite some time on the stairs, and even put some big holes in the wall which need to be repaired. Somehow they managed to make a hole in the ceiling as well. The couch has a rip and some wear from all the inefficient moving. A piece of glass from an end table was broken too. Everything seemed to be moving so slowly, so I went out to my pod to unload easy items. When I came in I found one of the workers on his cell phone, not moving anything. The whole experience was a mess and it felt like the movers had never done this before.

The two gentlemen that came were able to help us unload a 26ft truck in 2.5 hours. Very polite, very fast, extremely professional. We are very satisfied.

Jason and his crew arrived on time and ready to get to work The job was not your usual move. It required moving several pieces of very heavy equipment from a small room, down a flight of narrow stairs and up a 3 foot wall before it could be loaded into my trailer. All the guys were pleasant and never complained. I would recommend Jason and his crew to anyone that required professional and friendly help.Thanks for a job well done.

Very pleased with the recent service from ReloPro. Used them on Saturday March 18 to unload a 16 foot POD. Three workers showed up on time and respectfully unloaded our belongings within an hour and a half. Very nice people, very hard workers. Would definitely recommend them to others.

They were quick to point out any damage from the truck (they weren't in charge of loading or driving, only unloading). They did drop one dolly load, but none of the contents were fragile. They even help set up bed frames and risers. I would recommend them.

Jason, Quinn and Henry did an excellent job! We had just finished a remodel and needed all the big appliance moved back into the house... Quinn and Henry took extra precautions laying out moving blankets to ensure the floors and three doorways were protected from the refrigerator and stove. They moved slowly and cautiously avoiding bumps and hard drops. They picked up items giving me time to put on pads and placed items in place; not pushing them across the floors. Overall our experience was stress free without a scratch on the house or the appliances..

Two nice young men arrived on time. Please keep in mind I have moved and used storage facilities many times. I had a 26 foot moving truck but it wasn't completely full. It was apparent early on that they had no clue what they were doing. They just started unloading anything they could and placing it in the unit without any plan of what should go where. When they began to get to the furniture, they realized they were going to have to do some rearranging. I watched in disbelief as they took out the things they had already put in. There was no organization and seemed to be little knowledge of how to pack a unit. They went over the 2 hours I had alloted by another 2 hours. They broke several items and said "Oh, sorry bout that". I have a leather loveseat that now has so much packed on top of it that it has pushed out the footrest (I wish I could post pictures on here). Not to mention they were walking on top of my Broyhill bedroom furniture with their shoes on when furniture blankets were available. I'm just sick...i have no idea what other damage I'm going to find when I remove my items. I will NEVER use this company again and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.
