The guys who showed up were great. Their “boss” was another story. First, he was rude. They were supposed to be here between 1400-1500. I called shortly after 1500. He was very gruff. He called and had someone on the way. They finally shower]d up at 1600. I let him know I was not happy about that. He said, “I apologize.” I made another statement about it was inconvenient. He then decided to ask me if I still wanted to do the move or not. I asked him what he meant by that. He said he apologized and was done. Were it not urgent to get moved, I’d have told him to go to hell. I was already stressed about this move. I was having to do it right after work while trying to take care of my husband who has had numerous strokes recently. I will never do business with “Won’t Stop Moving” again. I will use Hire a Helper again. When I talked to them about what happened, they stepped up and offered a discount. A discount that Chris, the owner of Won’t Stop Moving should have offered. His apology was empty.

Father and son. Had child care issue and were an hour late, I understand OK. Problem was they wanted to leave at an hour and 45 minutes not the full 2 hours I was required to pay for. They also drug my furniture thru house, did not lift it! I have hard wood floors! They made comments about how I asked items to be placed in truck, although when they did as I asked the items packed securely. These guys are muscle not movers. The company name is deceiving.

They snooped through my night stand to see what personal items I kept in there and even had the audacity to remove a hairpiece and place it in my night stand and left my bed off the mattress I expect a full refund
