These guys are the best. Eddie, the owner, called promptly to confirm my reservation and to clarify my complicated needs. He was also very accommodating when I needed to change the date later. A huge snow storm on moving day caused traffic delays, but Eddie kept me well informed of their progress. I had requested 2 guys for 2 hours, but fortunately Eddie arrived with a third guy and gave me the option of using him or not, which I greatly appreciated since I had greatly underestimated the scope of the job. They hustled the entire time, were careful with everything, and were friendly and helpful. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend them wholeheartedly!

Mastermind Movers did a great job getting our pod emptied. The movers were friendly and efficient. We did not know what time our pod would arrive, so we had our movers scheduled for the next day. However, when the pod arrived in the morning, Mastermind Movers was more than happy to send out movers right away (within an hour). Thanks to them, we were able to have the pod delivered, emptied, and taken all in one day, which is good since we are living in a Townhouse community where there's not much space for a pod.

I can't say enough good about this service. Eddie, the head guy, was totally amazing. I wouldn't have given a plugged nickle for his chances of getting all the stuff we had in three stuffed 10 x 15 units in one truck and trailer, but he shoehorned EVERYTHING withouyt damaging anything. I only wish I'd have enough to give them triple what I did for a tip. Twenty bucks was way too little for all the work they did and with the degree of professionalism and concern for my goods.

AJ was excellent. He was organized and very experienced. I would hire him again. However his helper Mark was poor help. I could not have done the overall job without them. But Mark likes tobacco too much and did not seem to be mentally on the job. I would use this company again. Just not Mark. Signed Steve Topp

They were there when I needed it most. I would have hurt my back without the help.

They worked hard and did the job fast. The problem is too fast I went to unload and there were tools nuts small things not put back after they used them. Furniture that was in the disassembled to get it out of door but put on backwards. Boxes marked fragile were put upside down and on the bottom. Over 700$ worth of collectors items were crushed. Lost about 10 pieces in my glasses and plates. Not worth the money I paid them. I even tipped 100$
