Although they worked hard when they were there, there were some unprofessional things that happened, and they lost my trust to choose this company again. The seemed very "rushed" and that might be because they brought their children to the appointment. They did get the job done though.

The folks from Mastermind Movers were awesome! They unloaded the contents of a 26 foot moving truck into our new home in less than 2 hours - and were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future

I was so impressed! When I talked to them prior to my move they gave great recommendations and told me exactly what I would need. They worked hard the entire time they were there, were very conscientious of my walls and home when moving furniture out and wrapped everything so well. They loaded my pod like a puzzle. They fit so much in and really maximized the space. Every crack and corner was filled and nothing moved once the doors were closed. I was nervous to hire movers because of a bad experience in the past but they were incredible!!

Great experience. Mastermind movers arrived early and worked quickly. They took time to find out where I would like everything unloaded and checked in as needed. Nothing was damaged and the job was done much faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Our movers let us know that they would be a little later than scheduled due to a previous job they were finishing. Once they arrived, we walked them around the house and gave specific instructions on what needed to be moved. We were moving everything into a POD for storage. They were not able to fit everything in the POD, and didn't prioritize the items we asked them to. They were somewhat careless with our items and we only hope that nothing is damaged in the way it was stacked in the POD. They also took several smoke breaks during our time (which was 3.5 hours). We will most likely not use Mastermind Movers again.
