We handle moves within 100 miles of PO Box 733, Folsom, CA 95763.
They can expect to receive a text message confirming the pick-up and delivery address for their residential move. Our owner, Kevin, will also call you the night before your move to confirm and ask the customer if they need any wardrobe boxes, floor covering and last-minute boxes to pack up those last few items. We will ask most customers to text us an inventory list or photos so our crew has a better idea of the general items they will be moving for that specific customer.
The day of the move the customer will be called 30 minutes prior to the start time by our lead crew member to give a more exact ETA. Then the crew will arrive & do a full walkthrough of your home and check for any liability issues. They will call Kevin and he will get a run down of what everything looks like and what type of access the crew has. Then Kevin will get on the phone with the customer to review the start time and rate with the customer, then he will call again at end of move to see how crew did?
They should pack up and label all boxes with appropriate room names on them and even number their boxes if necessary. They should send Kevin a text message with a basic inventory list and or photos so we know what the move really entails. Sometimes people forget to tell us they have a heavy item, like a safe or a piano. So we like the customer to give us a inventory or we can send out our Operations Manager, Steve, so customers houses how might be moving long distance or can't pull together that list.
We have handled local, long-distance, office moves, loading pods for customers, unloading 26-foot trucks for customers. We will disassemble and reassemble anything that the customer needs us to during the move. We have packed up ABF trailers and customers own 26-foot trucks who want to drive their own truck locally or even on long-distance moves. We can pick up furniture that a customer has purchased or transport a piano if they need us to move just a few items. We pack up storage units for the customer.

We provide extensive training to our crew if they are new to the industry. Usually, our crew members all have 3 to 5 years of moving experience before they are hired at our company. But if not we will have them jump on a job as an extra crew member & see what they can do as a free extra guy on a small apartment move, so our Operations Manager can evaluate their kills as a mover. Then we know where their strengths & any weaknesses might be. After that we train them accordingly to ensure quality.
