The two helpers from Rigo's exceeded my expectations on all counts! The were on time, worked diligently to load my goods, listened to directions and offered suggestions to help things go smoothly.The bottom line is that after my road trip of over 1,500 miles, not one item had moved from it's original placement in the truck. No damage to anything.These guys were well worth the cost!

The two guys I hired were excellent. I underestimated the amount of time it would take and probably should have hired a third helper, but these two guys worked hard, worked twice as many hours as I'd booked, and were very friendly the entire time. I happily paid their additional hourly charge and tipped them well - they were worth every penny. Thanks guys!

Rigos moving company was great. We hired two guys to move my husbands medical office. They showed up on time, were very professional and worked consistently. They moved all of our big items up the stairs and were very competent. They were more than willing to move anything we asked and did it with care for our items. I would definitely use them again-- they were also very nice!!!

Like most moving companies they move things pretty quickly. You need to be sure that you have them slow down and place things in the rooms and areas where you want them placed. Nothing was damaged and like I said they were very efficient and quick.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
