The group was an hour and a half late getting to the location to unload. They claimed to have brought four people instead of two because of their own lateness and then it’s the girl was leaving. She had the audacity to say to me that it was not a two hour job it would have been longer if they had not brought four people. This is actually the way you want to talk to a client after you’re an hour and a half late

The guys were amazing and if they were in Baltimore I would recommend people use their service.

However, we do have a Major Problem.
Four workers were requested (and paid for), yet only three workers showed up.
Also, while I requested four hours of work, only an hour and a half was needed from each. I do understand that there is a two-hour minimum, but I would like to have the additional two-hours for all refunded.
So, I'm expecting a refund [since the full amount was charged to our account].
