I would HIGHLY recommend Move Masters!!! I was moving out of the Chicago area and just needed help loading my UHaul. The communication regarding my move details was fantastic from the day I made the reservation through the move day. A few hours after making the reservation, I received a phone call from Shamaiah, their coordination specialist, who confirmed my move details. She called again the day before my move to re-confirm and to make sure nothing had changed, then texted me when the movers were on the way. Three movers arrived for the price of two and they were SO friendly, courteous, and professional. They packed my furniture into the truck carefully, and fit an amazing amount into the space. They were personable and joked as they worked, which made it such a positive experience. I can't say enough about them - moving is a stressful experience and they made it easy and stress free! I would DEFINITELY recommend this team!!!

Move Masters was a phenomenal group to work with. The group was incredibly professional from start to finish and we could not have done the move without them. Movemasters helped with my cross country move to CA (we used them for loading the trailer). Al and the team were great. They were friendly and professional and worked hard to finish on time. They also disassembled our trampoline which is no easy task. I would definitely use them again!

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.

We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
