I was feeling overwhelmed, but 5 Starr Moving made the entire process seamless. They unloaded my truck quickly and efficiently, and even organized the storage unit so everything is easy to access. They were incredibly kind, professional, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I even got to know them a bit during the process, which made the experience that much better. They were truly amazing—the best movers I’ve ever hired. Highly recommend!

The men were on time, they were courteous and efficient workers!! All were pleasant to interact with. They worked together and definitely knew how to load a 26’ truck. They were supposed to be there at 9, then 10. they finally arrived after 3:00pm. They were not equipped to load boxes and had only one small dolly. They used mine because it was bigger and better and then overloaded and blew out the tire. My boxes were clearly marked on which way they should be loaded. I had arrows and writing on them stating how they should be loaded and if they were fragile and they disregarded my instructions and loaded the pod horribly.

The team arrived and went right to work. They loaded the Pods container pretty effectively; although, I had requested that they stack things as high and far back as possible to leave room for new storage cabinets that were being delivered. After they departed, it took a little over and hour for me to move items up and back into the container, in order to make enough space for the cabinets.
All-in-all, they did a good job; especially, of loading large and heavy items that required two people to move.

They were on time but came without any supporting equipment such as dollies, belts or safety harnes or shoes.
They worked hard, knew how to disassemble oversized furniture and completed the job in expected time frame.
They were respectful of your property and goods but because of the safety concerns we would rather not use them again.

Jordan and Dee from 5 Starr Moving were great! Friendly, professional and quick - they moved as much as we could into the 16 foot POD in under two hours, including an upright piano. Hiring them again to complete the move in a couple weeks. Highly recommend!!!

Our movers actually showed up early and moved everything efficiently and with care. They helped us out during a difficult move where we had another company cancel on us and our elevator was out of service. They were kind and went out of their way to make our move go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them as well as use the em again if I ever have to move. Thank you!!
