The actual movers John and Lyan (I think) are wonderful and respectful men. They worked fast and diligently. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINS as to their work. However, I did have a problem with Sean, I guess the coordinator. The movers were to arrive between 11:00 am and 12:00 p.m. At 12:30 pm I called Sean to ask about the whereabouts of the movers and his response was that they were running late, the first job took longer than anticipated. When I complained that I didn't want to have to work into the evening and that this delay was unacceptable, his response was "Do you want to cancel? You have the moving truck for 24 hours. This is what happens when you schedule for the middle of the day." This honestly I found it to be unrespectful. He has NO idea, why type of move this was, nor why it was scheduled for the middle of the day. Additionally, when the reservation was made, at NO time was I informed of the possibility of a delay in arrival of the movers, since they were reserved for midday. When I finally spoke to the movers at around 12:45 pm, they were driving down from Boca Raton to where I was located in North Miami. They did not arrive until 2:07 pm. Well, our move also took longer than anticipated and we did not finish until 9:30 pm. The movers had been working since 8:00 that morning. I find this to be VERY abusive. Whoever, coordinates the moves should be considerate and schedule the movers to work in proximity to their next assignment. Also, take into account the number of hours the movers work or have worked. When the movers arrive to a location they are consistently carrying, lifting and walking to the truck. They are not sitting answering telephones. Because of Sean my rating was not a Five Star.

Our company has used Hire A Helper many times before for our basic unloading needs up and down the East Coast. The helpers that were most recently sent to us by Best Movers in Wellington, FL., were, for lack of better terms, terrible. They displayed rude and non-friendly attitudes to the shipper. There was total disregard to her specific needs of placement of the furniture and they left trash remnants on her property.

Too rushed very poor
The movers were late and complaining that my furniture was heavy. They were in a rush and did not care about how I needed the furniture to be placed and I ended up doing most of the work. They also littered in my back yard. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I would not recommend them and I will never use them again.
Needless to say, we will not be using them again in the future.
It's your driver's responsibility to pick up YOUR garbage. Job was booked between 8-9 am and we got there 8:35. Even in your mexican time is ON TIME!

Their were on time. The two gentlemen that came to help us were very respectful, kind and attentive. They worked hard and moved our stuff very carefully in a timely manner. Would definitively hire them again!

These guys are fantastic! They showed up on time, were professionally equipped and dressed, well mannered and exceptional in delivering outstanding customer service. They are fast, courteous but more importantly, very experienced in moving all of my different types of items up three flights of stairs without even a scratch. I highly recommend them as the real deal. And, it doesn't hurt that they are very great guys and easy to talk to and eager to please the customer.

These two strong men made my move a breeze. They were fast and efficient. And respectful of my precious furniture. Usually I'm a stress case but yesterday I was actually calm and enjoyable! If I could give them 6 stars I would.
