Arrived early, totally accommodating and intelligent. Had the necessary equipment for the job. Were respectful of my property and opted to take the flight of stairs that were closer to the apartment than the elevator without making any issue of it. They worked very hard and made it seem easy. I jumped in to rearrange stored things at the end and this caused only positive results, not attitudes, just appreciation all around. I recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Shaun & Travis called & asked if they could come early as they had finished a previous job, come exactly at the time they stated, where very pleasant, very carefully handled all the furniture, worked very hard at the move as everything had to go one flight down & made sure everything was done completely & extremely satisfactorily. I would definitely use Best Movers again.

Best Movers was great to work with. I have had bad experiences with movers in the past, but these guys were legitimate. The rate was reasonable, and they did what they said they were going to do. They loaded two pods for us very efficiently. The workers were friendly and respectful. They came on time and were responsive.
My only complaint, and the reason I did not give 5 stars, was that I initially paid for 3 hours of moving time. After two hours, the pod was loaded up, and the guys were standing around trying to find things to do. Since they were returning the following day to load the second pod, I cut them loose early thinking they could make up the extra time the following day. The owner, however, blatantly refused to give us the credit for the time that we had paid for. Had I known, I would have had the movers help pack or find other things for them to do. My advice is to pay for the minimum amount of time you think you will use, and add more if needed.
Despite the one negative, the experience was overall very positive, and I would use them again and recommend them to friends.
