I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received from Big Solutions Moving Services. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were punctual, courteous, and polite, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
Their organization and efficiency were impressive, as they worked tirelessly to unload my items with care and precision. Andres team was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care.
What truly amazed me was how they completed the job well within the initial time allocated. I've never experienced such a professional level of service from any movers before - Big Solutions Movings has set a new standard!

The 2 guys who helped me load my 16ā Penske truck were amazing. It was a typical HOT & humid south Florida day and I live on the 3rd floor and had some very heavy and big items, and these guys were total pros. I kept them an extra 80 minutes and their boss was fine with that, which I would have been in bad place moving from SoFlo to Colorado otherwise since doing all on own. I felt 100% comfortable with these guys as a mid-30 single female and their communication and efficiency was top notch!!! Thank you so much for making a stressful time more manageable.

Edward and Luis arrived puntual. They were pleasant and professional. Both did a fantastic job packing the items in the rented truck. T hey were very careful to ensure nothing got damaged. Awesome experience with this company! The crew was friendly, communicative and efficient; they fit so much more than we thought they could with the amount of boxes that we had! Very impressed that the owner, Andres, came over to check on their progress and help with any problems as well. He also called when the initial 2-hour window was up and asked if we wanted more time. Wonderful work and customer service. Iād highly recommend Big Solutions!
