Compuwize provides on-site computer repair for minor issues. For major time-consuming computer problems, the technician will have to pickup the computer so that it may be worked on in a lab. References are available. All systems will be backed up prior to working on them. If data cannot be backed up due to hardware failure, the customer will be notified. We currently service Brward County in south Florida only. Some acceptions may be possible. Computers can be picked up in the morning between 8:00am and 10:00am or at night between 8:30pm and 10:00pm or later if customer schedule permits. Saturdays are open to the enitre day. The lab is fully equipped to handle all common computer related issues. In home repairs are restricted to 2 hour maximum. Keep in mind that some simple issues can be resolved within 2 hours on site. However many issues involve performing updates over the internet, cleaning viruses, fixing hardware. This kind of work takes a long time and usually cannot be performed in the customer's home. Offsite work is not charge by the hour but will have reasonable flat rates
