The three man crew we hired to pack our moving PODS were excellent. They worked very hard for four straight hours on a hot and humid Florida morning. The lead was very knowledgeable and organized and directed the packing of our furniture to include a piano, antique floor safe and treadmill without difficulty. We appreciate the attention to detail and care with which our belongings were wrapped, moved and packed into the PODS. Thank you for a job well done!!

Movers arrived right on time. Had a little difficulty opening POD with shifting during transport and with patience and effort was able to open it. Worked very hard and non stop. Unloaded 16' container in 2 hours. Great job great guys!

Were able to accommodate change of my move due to POD issues two times. I was extremely appreciative of their flexibility and kindness. The owner and his crew are genuine and good people! They were the nicest and kindest people I’ve met in the moving business which I’ve never encountered before. They arrived early and worked hard. Took care of my furniture carefully and didn’t mind that I gave them directions of how I wanted things to be wrapped. Super nice and kind people and accommodating, they aim to please! What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
