What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer can expert me (Darcy) to give them update on are eta. If customer have an iPhone I am willing to share my locations until job is done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should have everything already packed already and organized for us to move in the truck or pod. By the customer being prepared it will make it easy for us to move and they will avoid any additional cost.
What types of moves have you handled?
our company can handle any type of moves from long distance to local and even office moves also. Don't second guess if you have a small move because no move is too small and no move is too big.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite thing about being a mover is that I am able to take the stress from my customers and carry it for them so they can relax knowing that Reliable Relocators LLC is here.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide Safety training for our crew. We show them how to pick up items properly. How to properly wrap items, How to talk to the customers.
