Awesome wonderful service ! The guys were super methodical and meticulous in organizing our uhaul and nothing whatsoever was damaged! They were also very hard working and got the work done in way more than half the time it would have taken my husband and I. Highly highly recommend! Great quality and great customer service!

So if you read the owners response he states “if we would allow them to go over their time limit.” So in other words because you were late we had to let you go over the time limit…makes sense.
If we discuss our phone conversation let’s be honest. You said you got a late start to your day because you had to drop your kids off. And the reason I said be safe and see you when you get here was that you said our conversation was going sideways so we thought “if this company is this unprofessional and can’t get here on time they might just not show up”.
And to all the people considering this company take the owners statement of “we changed our time now to start at 8 now.” Meaning they can’t get up or coordinate a thing called WAZE to figure out when to leave early enough to get to a customer on time. We can also all see by your response that you are trying to put the fault on us when ultimately we were there and fully ready at 7:00 am.

I listed this company as 1 star on this review; however Hire A Helper posted them as 5 stars! Now I see why they seem to have an overall undeserving high rating!!! We hired this company to load our things onto a truck we rented. The appointment was scheduled for them to arrive between 7am-8am. Around 7:35 am Angelo called and said they were running behind (first he said due to the rain (it was sprinkling) and then later said because he had to drop his kids off). He said they would be there within 30-40 minutes (which would put them there no later than 8:15 am). That was acceptable to us since it was technically only 15 mins past our appointment time. At 8:20 am my husband called to check on their ETA. Angelo said they would be arriving in 30 more minutes. We couldn’t believe this since he had told us 30 minutes already, 45 minutes ago. Angelo became very defensive as if we were on his time, not ours. We had to have everything loaded and ready to leave by 11 am because we had to meet the unloaders in another city on time over 3 hours away. By 8:55 am they still had not shown up and we were concerned that they were going to be a no show. My husband and I began loading boxes in the truck ourselves. We had already brought the majority of the boxes down to the garage when they finally showed up an hour and 3 minutes late at 9:03 am. Because they were late they didn’t have time to finish loading everything so we finally told them to stop and we would load as much as we could of the rest. We didn’t end up getting everything loaded and had to pay for another truck to drive all the way back and finish. This was the most unprofessional moving experience we have ever had. We would never recommend this company to anyone. (The company that unloaded us on the other hand was professional, on time, and fantastic!)
