I give HireAHelper the highest commendations because from the very beginning of the process the young man who took my call and made the arrangements was of such quality and caliber I doubt I will ever have the pleasure of such customer customer. His name is Mike. This man was polite and patient. He did not rush my order and the most impressive feature was his memory and attention to details I mentioned earlier but I didn't have to repeat them because he recalled them precisely & correctly! He said that Fri Sept 28 was his last day since it was a seasonal job but he honestly should be promoted. This man was the best phone-rep ever.
I certainly recommend HireAHelper because I hope others will have a chance to talk with this Mike and prove me right that this kind of customer service should be replicated across the entire phone-industry. My movers, Angelo and his crew were 3hrs late because of a situation out of their control but I was happy to wait the 3hrs because Mike left such a positive impression early in my day that i was still floating on cloud-nine because of his good handling of my call.
HireAHelper defintely knows who to hire...the only hire the best! Keep up the good work and high-marks to Mike.

My moving crew was extremely hard working. When they thought they'd be late due to a horrible traffic jam on the interstate, they let me know immediately. They were organized and methodical, and secured all property inside my mobile storage unit in an organized fashion. I would definitely use them again.

Angelo and Chris did a wonderful job all-in-all. Although they were an hour and 45 minutes late (no fault of their own—the previous job ran over the time expected), they were ready to roll the moment they arrived. They were really great at keeping us apprised of their estimated time of arrival. We were completely amazed at how well they packed the truck and the extra care and attention they paid to our belongings. They worked really hard and did a great job. Yes, we would definitely use them again!

These guys were very responsive, soon as I put in the request (10pm) the owner called to confirm within minutes. He also called the day of the move to let me know he was in route. The team was respectful and worked fast. They unloaded my 26 ft packed out truck in less than 2 hours! I was so impressed with their work! I will be using them in the future after our remodel is complete. Great work guys!!

These 2 men were on time. They called and confirmed when they would be there. Worked for 3.5 hours without stopping loading a 26 foot box truck. They had the tools and straps and packed the truck tightly and professionally. I would use the again without hesitation.
