Rating was for the fact that they were not on time. The men loading truck were great. They did a great job packing truck for 1600 mile move and everything arrived in great condition. The 3 rating was due to after scheduling 10am start received call from owner stating “guys” had small job “before” mine and could not arrive until 12-12:15pm. I did agree (not having much of a choice at 9:30pm the night before) figuring they’d be done before 5pm giving time to complete my part before to late. Well they didn’t arrive until 1:45pm and job was not complete until after 6:30pm. My original 10am start was for a reason as we were closing on sale of our home at 10am and leaving at that time so I did not want to be finishing up and cleaning until 10pm. So though the men who actually do the work were great, the owners squeezing in a “small” job before delaying what I had scheduled the week before was wrong. If you can’t honor the time you agree to then done take the job. Calling late the night before knowing full well you have customer over a barrel at that point is wrong and deceptive in my opinion. So unfortunately for the men doing the actual work due to owners deception I would not recommend using them.

The Guys who showed up were professional, on time and hard workers. They moved my belongings into a truck, secured them. Management was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

They were on time, actually a few minutes early. They were fast and knew what they were doing. They were very courteous and very helpful. They finished early and helped put my bed together and several other very nice things. They were excellent! It was a stress free experience!
