What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a call within 24-hours of booking to discuss the job and any other questions or concerns you might have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a hard-working and highly-trained crew to arrive equipped with hand trucks, furniture dolly's and any other tools that may be necessary to complete the job. Taking special care of your home and belongings is always our top priority.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for moving day by getting everything as organized as possible. Anything that can be boxed up, taken apart or moved themselves will save time. Particularly delicate and loose misc. items should be boxed up or moved ahead of time. It is also highly recommended to purchase or rent moving pads if necessary.
What types of moves have you handled?
Although we specialize in local moves, our team has experience with long distance moves all over the country.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover can be much more interesting then people think because it is different every day. The opportunity to meet new people and the challenges associated with different moves are all a part of what keeps things fresh and exciting. (Not to mention the added benefit of not needing a gym membership.)
What training do you provide your crew members?
Initially, our crew members are vetted for physical strength and moral character. Once hired, they are trained in our furniture wrapping protocol as well as proper lifting and carrying mechanics.
