Ricky is the manager of the crew that came on May16th. Jaylln and Harvea did an awesome job and never complained. I don't have any issues with the movers. At the end, Jallyn said I needed to get a 2nd container and to get an 8X8 container. When I spoke with Ricky, he said they would return on 5/23 at 2pm and quoted me a price of $315.
When I sent a text message that morning 5/23, he told me he did not have an appt with me. My response was oh yes we did, and this is what you said. He then said they could come at 3pm, and then 4 to 4:30. I couldn't wait that long. Two of the maintenance guys where I lived helped me finish loading the POD. 20 minutes we were done. I sent Ricky a text, and a phone call telling him not to come. He came to my residence anyway yelling out his car window that I could not text in the morning and expect service in the afternoon. Not my problem if he didn't enter it in his phone. He should spend less time in the truck listening to music, and movies on his phone and more time outside aware of the customer's needs.
I never have an issue getting the POD. But each time I move, there are always issues with the movers. So, because of Ricky, I would not recommend your company.

This customer had an entire week to write a review that reflected our efforts from her first appointment with us, but like many, they seem more interested in tearing down someone’s hard work than in supporting growth. I can assure you that if the well-deserved five-star review had been provided as she promised, we would have been on the same page towards her POD delivery and time towards her second move.
On the day of her second job, I tackled a challenging three-bedroom move that began on the third floor with no elevator. We were literally rushing to handle their belongings so I could make it to an appointment that was never ordered or confirmed with me. While we understood we would need to return to assist again, PODS doesn't always provide the right availability. She intended to call them to arrange for an 8x8 POD delivery but failed to inform me once it was set up for the desired date and time.
After completing the three-bedroom, 3rd floor job in this heat, I drove another 50 minutes to Sherie’s location, only to be told not to show up. While my drive back resulted in another 35-40 minutes wasted, both in time and gas.
Sherie completely overlooked the fact that she had confirmed my ETA at 4:30 PM, and at 4:29 PM, she messaged me to cancel. I could understand if it were closer to 4:45 or 5:00 PM, but to cancel right before our agreed-upon time was simply unfair. This was all because she saw an opportunity to save money by using a maintenance worker. It was clear she did not value my time, gas, or the efforts I put in, she saw an opportunity to save some money while not caring about me or my helper. I was literally just around the corner. I turned around, started heading back home, but I ultimately decided to return to Sherie’s location because I felt it was unjust.
Additionally, the order for her first move was for two movers, and I had arranged for that. The two movers were men I had trained, and they did an excellent job—otherwise, she wouldn’t have requested us for a second day. As my guys and Sherie (yes, she was also moving items during the first move to ensure her 3 hour window did not go over) I was in my box truck replacing the padding on walls and floor, which was parked only 10 feet away from Sherie’s POD. It’s unclear how that was relevant, as Sherie’s review implied that I was listen to music and movies. I did have music playing while working on my truck but I still do not see why it’s irrelevant. I would have assisted my team if necessary, but I always arrive with a fully equipped box truck capable of handling any situation.

Excellent service! Great guys that were very attentive - wrapped furniture for protection. Arrived on time and worked non-stop the whole time. They are masters at packing the moving container and using every available inch. I would use these guys exclusively for any move jobs needed!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once a customer has booked their move with our company, they no longer have to worry about finding an affordable, reliable Moving Service. We include wrapping and disassembly on all our rates.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
After being hired we will go over all moving details to confirm all our proper equipment is available on the moving date. One roll of plastic wrap along with 3 rolls of tape are included in every move. Hand trucks, dollies, and tools are included as well.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask that the customer can be as organized as possible. The less of a clutter the better. If boxes are going to be packed before our arrival we ask that they are not scattered through every walk able path through moving location.
What types of moves have you handled?
There has not been a move that we have not completed. We have experience in local, long distance, office moves. We dealt with many locations with flights of stairs. Moving exotic items such as pianos, treadmills, gun safes require our use of special equipment that is provided on each and every job.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing feels better then moving a family into their new home. Arriving to an empty location and within a few hours having the location look alive and well while having the sense of new comfort. To see the happiness in the eyes of your customer, it is a great feeling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Anyone can become a mover. All it takes is hard work and equipment. The real success comes with customer service. I have shown my helpers that they are apart of a company that can teach them to become leaders of their own one day. They are taught to take pride in the work they complete. They are taught to take pride in themselves. Once your team members have great customer service abilities, they fulfill the main ingredient of building a strong reliable Company.
