The guys were great! They were a little late, but called me to let me know what was going on. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Great helpers that continually worked the entire time. Was a few hours late but communicated with us as to what was going on. Only disappointment was that we asked to get all the large furniture in the pod and they spent most of the time at the beginning putting in boxes. Waited until the end to put in furniture and did not have enough space to get all of the larger furniture pieces in the pod.

They were not on time. The scheduling window was from 8 to 9 AM. They arrived at 10 minutes until 10 AM (9:50). However they notified me in advance that they would be late and had good attitudes. They did their work carefully and did a great job with some difficult and heavy items. They were great to work with.

One can not really find better. Hard workers, strong and smart about whet they are doing. I would be lucky to have these guys again. You would too. Do yourself a favor. These guys are here to work. Not play. Can be difficult to find in today's world.

Was set for 12-2. Never saw men til 5:35 pm! Kept getting excuses but no help. My brother-in-law & myself, (73 yrs old), had to load about 70% by ourselves. Finally finished at 7 pm. We were supposed to have traveled at least 4 hrs b4 dark. Also the buyer had to postpone his walk thru.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
