30 minutes later than window given, dropped massage chair (that was light enough for two women to carry down stairs without dropping). No stairs were present at the unloading job. They lacked the strength and moving experience to do full days of the task that we hired them to complete. We paid the two hour minimum and they only needed 30-45 minutes to complete the task and we were concerned about the safety of the older gentleman because of how much he was struggling and in pain. Nothing we had was heavier than what two middle aged out of shape women could load into a box truck.
